My Videos Won't Load or Play

Q: My videos won't load. Help!

A: Solution 1: Clear Your Cache

It may seem silly, but it's an amazing fix in a number of situations. Try clearing your browser's cache and restarting your web browser.

Chrome Chrome --> Clear Browsing Data or History --> Show Full History --> Clear Browsing Data...

Safari Preferences --> Privacy ---> Remove All Browsing Data

Firefox History --> Clear recent history

Internet Explorer Tools --> Internet Options --> Browsing History

Solution 2: Try a Different Browser

Sometimes different browsers can cause problems for any number of reasons, such as plugins installed or being outdated.

**PLUGINS AFFECT VIDEO PLAYBACK IN WAYS NO ONE CAN PREDICT. DISABLE THEM OR VIEW IN AN ALTERNATE BROWSER WITH NO PLUGINS OR EXTENSIONS INSTALLED 

Solution 3: Restart your modem/router

Sometimes bandwidth can be an issue as these videos require some speed to get through. If the connection is bogged down, it is possible for the video to buffer.

Solution 4: Contact your internet service provider (if at home) or your network administrator (if at an office or campus)

Sometimes there is a firewall issue that prevents the access to the video. Your service provider or network administrator should be able to assist.
