This isn’t our first rodeo! :) We’ve learned that most people have pretty similar questions.
So to save you time, we’ll answer the MOST COMMON ones below:
Q: Do I need to login at a certain time to view the summit?

Q: I will not be available during the time in which the summit is running. Will I have a chance to view?
A: Absolutely! There will be an option to purchase the summit to own and view at your leisure. You can also view the replay here: https://thegrownetwork.com/gyog-summit-playing-live/https://growsystemsummit.com/playing-live/
Q: I purchased the Summit in the pre-pre-sale and pre-sale promotions. Do I qualify for the bonus materials?
A: Absolutely! Your bonus items can be found on your Dashboard. You can also access here:
Q: What is the link for purchasing the Grow System Summit?
Q: I purchased the summit. Do I have to watch live?
A: The perk of owning the summit is that you have access to watch anytime. However, this is a live event with interviews during the opening weekend meaning that you have the option to watch live (or during the replay following), but won't have full access until the event concludes (we expect to have it ready in soon for you). We realize this is a slightly different format this time around, but we are confident you will enjoy it!
Q: When can I expect the purchased physical items to arrive?
A: The package should arrive via USPS (a confirmation will be sent with a tracking number when the package is ready to be sent). Usually 3-5 days following the event.
In the meantime, you do have online access to the summit to view the materials while you wait. Your login credentials were sent previously in an email to you confirming your purchase.
Q: I purchased: The Grow System Masterclass & Summit - Digital Access + The Grow System Book. How do I access my materials?
A: (1) The book will be shipped separately in mid-to-late June (hopefully sooner). This comes via a third-party, so do be patient as you await this to arrive. (2) The Grow Summit Masterclass is now available and can be found on your Dashboard under the Academy tab. (3) The summit is live and is not pre-recorded. So, this will not be fully accessible on your dashboard until after the event concludes. Look for this to be fully available in mid-to-late June (hoping sooner!!).
Q: I am new to Crowdcast. Do you have a reference document that I can use?

Q: I thought the summit was free? What's with the sales pages?
A: Yes... the Summit is FREE to attend. If you have the time, you can watch all the speakers over the next 3 days, and it doesn’t need to cost you a dime. Free delivery of this Summit is important to TGN, however, not everyone has the time to watch hours of video interviews over the next 3 days and some people want access to watch the videos over and over, along with transcripts and options to download the videos or audio MP3s.
Q: I am a paid member (Honor's Lab/Academy), is the summit included?
A: Unfortunately, the summit is not included as a part of the membership. This must be purchased separately.
Q: I can't seem to register for the summit. What might be wrong?
A: Try to use an alternate browser and double check that your pop-up blocker is turned off. Here is the website: https://thegrownetwork.com/gyog-registration/
Q: If I purchase a package are the recordings downloadable so I can listen to them anywhere?
A: Absolutely! The purchased version comes with downloadable access and transcripts (following the completion of the live event).
Q: Do you accept PayPal or Check/Money Order?
A: We do not accept PayPal (they refuse to work with us because we sell CBD). Check and money orders are not accepted at this time. Credit card and pre-paid credit cards are accepted.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We do ship internationally, however, because we are a small company and shipping is very costly internationally, we are unable to offer free shipping. But, if you don't mind helping us with the shipping costs, we are happy to ship to you.
Q: My password doesn't work (or is blank)
A: Yikes! Sorry about that. The passwords are computer generated and as much as we love our technology, it's not perfect. Go to https://thegrownetwork.com/lostpassword/. Follow the instructions emailed to you or email email@example.com for assistance
Q: I can’t open the video / audio / transcript files. Help!
A: To open the video MP4 files and audio MP3 files make sure you have a multimedia player installed on your computer. There are lots of free options available. We like QuickTime, Windows Media Player, and VLC Media Player (or iMovie / iTunes for Macs).
Don’t like options? Go to http://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html to get VLC Media Player for free. Once this software is installed on your computer, you should be able to click and open the MP4 video files and MP3 audio files without issue.
To open the Transcript PDFs make sure you have a “PDF Reader” installed on your computer. Adobe Acrobat Reader is what most people use. It’s free and you can download it here: https://get.adobe.com/reader/ Just be sure to un-check the additional downloads they recommend, unless you want those, too.

Q: The videos won't play or have no sound.
A: First, check your speaker volume. Have you accidentally muted your speakers? This is common. (Test playing a video on YouTube to confirm it’s an issue with the USB files, and not an issue with your speakers / sound.)
If the videos still won’t play or have no sound, download VLC Media Player (free):
This multi-media player can definitely play MP4 video files.
