It is not terribly uncommon for a payment to not go through. However, there is often a reason for it.
Please keep in mind that our system does timeout after 10 minutes. This is a security feature to protect you. If it has taken more than 10 minutes for you to fill out the form, you likely will result in a standing response with nothing happening. To resolve this, close your browser and reopen it and start again. Watch the clock to avoid that 10 minute mark.
The other issue that occurs is when a box is overlooked and not filled in. Be sure that all of the boxes have information (and remember to include your actual shipping address and not "same as billing." Don't forget the country dropdown menu!
If all else fails, try a different browser. It might sound silly, but it often solves the issue!
