Q: Where do you ship from?
A: All of our products ship from Michigan, unless they are a third-party supplier
Q: What method of mail do you use for shipping?
A: Our products are shipping via USPS. Depending on the item, it will ship via Media, First Class, or Priority. We do not have a means of changing shipping methods.
Q: How do I obtain a tracking number?
A: When your mailing label is created, an email is automatically generated and sent to you. This will provide you with your tracking information. The subject line typically reads: "The Grow Network shipping confirmation for order...."
Q: I need to return my item. How do I do that?
A: Please return the package to: The Grow Network c/o Nikki Follis, 71 Wendelton Road, Troy MI 48084. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for the return. You will, however, receive a full refund of the initial purchase (that will include the shipping & handling paid)
Q: Do I need a return authorization number?
A: No, you don't. Simply return the product using the address above and we will be sure to process the return immediately.
Q: I purchased a digital product. How do I return that?
A: Simply email happiness@thegrownetwork.com and we will process the return for you.
Q: You just told me my money was refunded. Why don't I see it on my end?
A: Please allow 3-5 business days for the return to process. If you have not seen it after the 5th business day, please reach out to us at happiness@thegrownetwork.com and we will work to assist you.
Return Policy: Here at the Grow Network, we’re constantly sharing, discovering, and working together to test new paths for sustainable living—while reconnecting with “the old ways” that seem to be slipping away too quickly in our modern world. Our catalyzing statement is “Home Grown Food on Every Table!” and with that, we want you to be 100% satisfied with what you have purchased from us! If you're not 100% satisfied by the caliber of training we’ve shared with you within 60 days of purchase, then please email us and we will provide you with a full refund of your initial purchase. Refund: We will process your return as quickly as we can (typically within 24-48 hours). The full credit of your purchase price (including the initial shipping and handling) will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that we do not reimburse or refund shipping charges for products returned to us or provide refunds for initial shipping charges on orders shipped outside of the United States. You’ll receive an email confirmation from us when this is complete. A credit will appear within 3-5 business days depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle.
