Q: Will there be other group buy opportunities?

A: We hope to offer this again in the near future. But, due to the difficulty in obtaining the berries, we do not have an exact date.

Q: What is the package size?

A: This is a 1 ounce package of elderberries

Q: What is the dosing information?

A: 1 tsp - 1 tbsp daily. Take every 3 hours if you are fighting an illness.

Q: I can't find the link to purchase. Where do I go?

Q: What is the expiration date on this product?

A: The berries are dried and do not expire. However, please discard the completed syrup after 2 months in the fridge.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We do, but we can run into trouble at the border from time to time. We do not offer returns on the cost of international shipping.

Q: How does this ship?

A: All of our products are shipped via USPS. For group buys, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Q: I am unhappy with the product. Can this be returned?
