Q: Will there be other group buy opportunities?
A: Great question!! The purpose of the group buy is for us to determine if we have enough of a community interest to keep offering this product. We do attempt to have group buys on a monthly basis. That group buy is actually going to offer a monthly option where you can setup a recurring order at the same price moving forward (optional, of course). But, the plan is to keep it at the same price as we have it now.
Q: What is the bottle size?
A: This is a 1 ounce (30mL) bottle
Q: What is the dosing information?
A: 50mg per serving and 30 servings per bottle. We recommend that you start with half the dosing recommendations. The bottle indicates one dropper twice per day. But, until you know how your body will react, it is important that you start with a much lower dose. Q: Is this product gluten free?
A: Yes, this is a gluten free product.
Q: What are the ingredients?
A: Hemp Seed Oil, 99% Pure CBD Crystalline Isolate, terpenes, flavonoids, and other cannabinoids. This product also contains peppermint essential oil.
Q: What is a terpene?
A: A terpene is a naturally-occurring compound found in the trichomes of a female cannabis plant. They are added to enhance flavor and boost potential health benefits. This is not THC.

Q: What is the carrier oil in the product?
A: Hemp oil is the carrier oil. A carrier oil is necessary or it would be too thick and difficult for the body to absorb.
Q: How do I find out if this will interact with my current prescribed medications?
A: Please reach out to your prescribing doctor or pharmacist for drug interaction information.
Q: Is this a full spectrum CBD oil?
A: Yes, this is a full spectrum product.
- CBD + Myrcene: Decreases inflammation, reduces pain, and fights cancer.
- THC + Myrcene: Reduces pain and relaxes muscles; also acts as a sedative and a “hypnotic.”
Q: Is this an organic product?
A: There is no 'organic' CBD available because the word 'organic' is owned by the USDA. And the US GOv't has not allowed any hemp crops to be organically certified. That just changed with the new Farm Bill and it will take a bit of time for farms to get full certification. We have been assured the CBD is grown according to organic standards even if they are not certified. They are clean.
Q: Amazon has hemp oil for so much cheaper than what you are offering. Is this a scam?
A: Not a scam at all. In fact, the reason why the price for the hemp oil on Amazon is so much cheaper is because it is simply hemp oil and does not contain CBD or terpenes. It's simply the carrier oil that we use as the base for our product. Amazon does not permit the sale of CBD at this time.
Q: Why does the label look different? I don't see the "organic" symbol.
A: Not to worry! This product is absolutely organic. This is a new product for us and we are working to perfect the label based on the customer feedback we have received. We apologize for any confusion while we aim to create the perfect informational label for you.
Q: Which strain is this a derivative of?
A: This product is derived from a cherry wine strain.
Q: How long does CBD oil last in your body?
A: CBD stays in your system for about 3-5 days being effective only 3-4 hours.
Q: How is this product extracted?
A: CO2 is the process used for the extraction.
Q: I want to see the testing before I purchase this group buy.
A: We will provide a pesticide report on the raw material to show you how clean it is. Unfortunately, terpenes cannot be tested on the finished product, but definitely will be provided for the raw materials. Heavy metals will also be provided in the report. Q: How is this product processed?
A: It's a two step process:
Cold Pressed or Cold Expeller Pressed: Cold pressed oils, also known as cold expeller pressed oils, have been mechanically pressed from the fatty portions of the botanical while ensuring that the maximum temperature (caused by friction) does not exceed 120 degrees.
Refinement: The refinement process is to remove impurities to improve the color or texture, or stabilize the shelf life of the oil. The oil is then centrifuged and washed with water until the pure oil remains. The oil is also degummed to remove the sticky phospholipids, color pigments and odor lending portions. It gets heated up during this time, which has its advantages and disadvantages. Advantages are it keeps it stable and form going rancid quicker and disadvantage is it loses some of its fatty acids.
Q: Is this product good for sleep and anxiety?
A: Many of our customers, including Nikki, our Director of Happiness and Fulfillment, have had great results in taming anxiety and obtaining better sleep.
Q: What's the difference between CBD from marijuana and CBD from hemp? Is one better than the other?
A: Hemp simply means less than 0.3% THC. There is no difference of CBD from hemp versus marijuana.
Q: Can I use this on my dog or cat?
A: This product is not advised to use with your pet as it contains peppermint essential oil. However, we do offer a product that is not full spectrum that can be used for your pet.
Q: What is the expiration date on this product?
Q: Will I pass a drug test?
A: This product is NOT THC free, so you may find that THC shows up in a urinalysis.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We sure wish we could, but due to customs and border restrictions, we are unable to ship across country borders. This is a US sale only.
Q: How does this ship?
A: All of our products are shipped via USPS First Class. For group buys, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
